So happy that HK Shutters were willing to travel from Dandenong to Phillip Island to replace our shutter motor that stopped working after only a year (the local installer had closed the business). Now we have a 5 year warranty on our new motor and know who to call for our future requirements. My grandkids organised HK Shutters to come out and install a manual shutter on my kitchen window because the glare was blinding me while washing up. The young man who did the quote was so polite, spoke clearly, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. It is so easy to wind up and down. Very lovely experience.

We got roller shutters installed about a month ago and they are perfect. Great product, professionally installed with friendly service. A couple of challenges at our property were the position of the water heater right next to the window, and we have German windows that open outwards, so the shutters had to be put in in a narrow, hard to access space and also mounted in a very specific place so as not to block the windows from being able to open. Quotes from competitors reckoned it couldn't be done without moving the water heater and accepting that the windows would be inoperable, but the team at HK Shutters was up to the job and handled the situation impeccably. I can't recommend HK Shutters any higher!
